VASO’s superintendent services include ensuring the properties’ technical operations function properly, large-scale repairs, parking places and general living comfort in the properties.
A property’s own superintendent approves loyal resident discounts and alterations to homes and provides consultation pertaining to such alterations. The superintendent performs the preliminary inspections of the homes when a resident(s) moves out.
The superintendent works in close co-operation with the Residents Committee and participates in Residents Meetings, which are organised for the property’s residents at least once a year.
