A housing application serves as a home search alert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you have a queue number, you can fill in a housing application.
If you do not have a queue number, you can apply for one using Varke\u2019s online service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in the housing application to tell us what kind of home you are looking for and where you would like to live. A housing application is specific to a municipality\/town. If you are interested in Vaso homes in several municipalities, you should submit a separate housing application in each municipality. One applicant can only have one application per municipality at a time. If you would like to change your search criteria, you can edit your existing application. There is no need to fill in a new one. Submitting a housing application or receiving a housing offer does not obligate you to do anything. The application will be valid until 31 December 2023, after which it will expire automatically.

The application serves as a search alert: you will always receive an offer whenever a home meeting your criteria goes on sale. Your application is not for a specific home or property \u2013 homes are offered in specific areas. When you have read through the information about the home, you can register to apply for it. You can register as an applicant for as many homes as you like. Note: When a purchase offer is sent to applicants who have housing applications, the bidding round is closed. No further applications are accepted for the relevant home in the application period. You can register as an applicant for as many homes as you like. Your housing search ends when you find a home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving from one Vaso home to another<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You need a new queue number to move to a new home. The Varke’s online service can provide a new queue number, or if you have a valid queue number for a specific municipality, you can use it until 31 December 2023. When you have a queue number, you can fill in a housing application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving to a new home within the same residential property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You do NOT need a queue number if you want to move to a new home within the same residential property. Current residents always take precedence over other applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is important to fill in the correct application so we know you want to move to a home within the same residential property. If you would like to move to a new home within your current residential property or any other Vaso property, you must complete two housing applications: an internal move application and a normal housing application.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing the housing application after submitting it<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When you fill in a housing application online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can edit or delete the application later by logging in using the link in the email or the link below. You must register for the service using your online banking credentials. Please note that a previous application will become passive if you make a new application.
