A housing application works as a home search alert
- To fill in a housing application, you need a nationwide queue number.
- We will notify you of homes that match your search criteria.
- With one application, you can apply for homes in Turku, Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali and Raisio.
- A housing application does not apply to a specific home: it covers a whole area.
- You can register as an applicant for as many homes as you like.
- You can only have one valid housing application at a time.
- Submitting an application or receiving a purchase offer does not commit you to anything.
- The application remains valid for as long as your queue number is valid or until you conclude a right-of-occupancy agreement.
Important information about the housing application
If you submit a new housing application, your previous application and its search criteria will be deactivated. Remember to add the search criteria you want to the new application as well.
Once the offer round for a home has started, new housing applications will no longer be considered for that home.
Already living in a Vaso home?
With us, you can move flexibly to another Vaso home as your life situation changes. You can apply to move to another of our properties or within the property where you already live.
Editing your housing application
When you fill in a housing application online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can edit or delete your application later by logging in via the link in the email or the link below. When logging in for the first time, you must register for the service using your online banking credentials.
If you submit a new housing application, your previous application and its search criteria will be deactivated. Remember to add the search criteria you want to the new application as well.
